So, McCain does the SMARTEST THING EVER by naming Beauty Queen Sarah Palin as his VP choice for the upcoming election. See? McCain knows what’s up. WHO CARES that she was only recently elected as Governor and thusly her greatest experience comes from being the Mayor of Wasilla, AK (whopping population of 5,470 — a number smaller than the amount of students in my highschool)? WHO CARES that he is teetering on the verge of death ON THE DAILY and might not even make it to the election? WHO CARES that he’s basically only using her because she is cute and has a vagina and is trying to use the *~*~*~LURE OF VAG*~*~* to sway the angry Hilz voters to his side?
None of that matters. COS SHE’S A BEAUTY QUEEEEEEN!!!!!!!!!!
This is the best campaign tactic I’ve ever seen. Who can say no to a beauty queen? Certainly not any of the educated, politically aware American democrats. WATCH OUT, OBAMA — YOU’RE GETTIN SERVED BY A BEAUTY QUEEN.
As even conservative commentators have pointed out, as a gambit to interest women, this is sort of pathetic. Would Palin have had any chance of being picked, with low national profile and skimpy resume, if she were a man? Not a chance. And if McCain wanted to pick a woman and have it be more than just tokenism, there are several far more experienced and accomplished female Republican politicians to choose from.

And of course she wouldn’t have been picked if she were a man. That’s not important. The important point was that McCain actually thought this was a good idea.
He thought he’d swing the undecided female Hilary collective, which was a stupid idea BY ITSELF because those women are militant about Hilary and won’t just vote for any vagina on the ballot.
AND THEN he wanted to steal some of the Obama thunder by basically saying: “LOOK. I CAN BE GROUNDBREAKING TOO!”
The whole thing is a JOKE, and it makes me feel really good because the less people who take this man seriously, definitely the better.
Yeah I love the woman plug here! It would be very interesting if they won and then he died leaving behind a VP that has managed the equivalent of a high school. Hmmm…
Make no mistake Sarah Palin like Obama has zest and courage. Clearly no nonsense get the job done types. What seperates them is what their respective directions in public life have been. Palin I believe was quoted indicating she “doesn’t follow the Iraq war” I don’t hold that against her unless the new job she is applying for requires it. Fairly certain after we get done admiring her beauty this will be a serious issue. I wonder if polls of those citizens that are blind would match those of the Male Republican machine.

McCain is exploiting women, by using a woman to further his ends. He uses them and discards them. He used women before – broke up Carol’s (first wife)marriage, then tossed her out, using and throwing more women while still married to Carol, and then got Cindy and stayed with her because she had the money. He was a POW sure, but so were many others. He is a conniving, conceited man who is not a hero but an opportuniist, a womanizer and exploiter of women. Real heroes do not return. As for Sarah..she sees an opportunity, and her character is not what it is made out to be…birds of the same feather stick together.
